Flow

Step1

Make an Appointment

Please call us first to make an appointment. In case of emergency, call first to let us know that you are coming.

Step2

Reception

When you arrive, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire. To enable us to make an accurate diagnosis, please describe any problems in as much detail as possible. Please stay in the waiting room until your name is called in the order of booking.

Step3

Veterinary Consultation

Our appointment times are about one hour including the medical interview for your initial visit and half an hour for follow-up visits, during which time our veterinarian will listen to all of your concerns and examine your animal’s condition through inspection, palpation, auscultation, and thermometry. We will work with you to determine the optimum treatment.

Step4

Prescriptions

Medicine will be prescribed when necessary. Please feel free to ask our staff if you have any questions regarding dosage and administration.

Step5

Payment / Next Appointment

Please pay the doctor’s fee and any prescription charges. For routine checkups or continued treatment, we can make your next appointment. Please monitor the state of your pet’s health closely until your next appointment.
